To strengthen the HP BeNeLux Team, we are looking for a passionate Associate HR Country Partner.

As an associate HR Country Partner, you're stepping into a pivotal role with significant room for growth. Working closely with business leaders and under the guidance of our HR BeNeLux Lead, you'll have a unique opportunity to learn and develop your skills. In the Netherlands we have about 430 employees plus contractors.
WHAT DOES THIS ROLE BRING YOU?
In this dynamic position, you will:
Support the seamless operation of HR activities, acting as a liaison between HR Global Services Hub, Payroll, Total Rewards, Recruitment, and the local team, ensuring compliance and addressing escalations.
Collaborate in extending your reach to Belgium and Luxembourg, contributing to the growth of our BeNeLux organization.
Assist in building strong relationships with the Employee Representation Bodies. Together with the HR BeNeLux Lead, you will contribute to the constructive and collaborative functioning of the Works Council, ensuring compliance with HR-related legal obligations.
Provide support to managers in their daily people management role, leveraging corporate programs and processes related to Hiring & Onboarding, Performance Management, Talent Management, and Learning & Development. Act as a point of escalation for employees in case of disputes.
Embrace a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing efficiencies that streamline processes and enhance effectiveness.
Work with colleagues to define, roll out, or support programs, activities, and initiatives to strengthen the sense of belonging and employee experience at of working @HP BeNeLux in a sustainable way and in line with our mission and values.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE ROLE?
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Human Resources or equivalent practical experience, with 2-5 years of HR experience.
- Proficiency in local labor laws, government regulations, and key HR areas.
- Strong IT skills and excellent communication abilities in both Dutch and English.
- A proactive, relationship-oriented mindset, focusing on trust, transparency, and collaboration.
- A results-driven, adaptable nature, with excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for identifying and implementing efficiencies.
And you would be a person who:

- Loves building relationships based on trust and reliability.
- Is open, transparent, and collaborative in all interactions.
