Job Description
CSMART is currently looking for a HR Manager for 32- 40 hours per week to support the HR department.
Reporting to the Director Business & Quality, this role is primarily responsible for ensuring that CSMART is provided with high quality HR management.

As HR Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Recruitment
- Set Recruitment priorities with leadership team
- Set-up/negotiate agreements with recruitment partners and coordinate set-up with Finance
- Responsible for developing, reviewing and/or updating policies/procedures. E.g. internal/external recruitment, DEI inclusion, development of associated documentation and training of HR team and Hiring Managers
- Responsible for further development of personnel portal in cooperation with corporate teams
Corporate HR
- Participate in Corporate meetings e.g. Compensation & Benefits
- Liaise with corporate HR colleagues as required
- POC NL within global HR team POC NL within global HR team
Training & Development Management
- Manage L&D process (consolidate requests, adjust during F4/7/10 and coop with Finance)
- Manage Performance Mngt process (incl. Performance Mngt, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning)
- Prepare/launch digital trainings on several HR topics for Directors & middle management as learning opportunities on COMPASS
Administration and Reporting
- Quarterly check/samples of proper documenting
- Manage SNOW for personnel system
- Review reports prior to submission to Management
- Develop/update reports in cooperation with Analytics
- Prepare yearly Mercer/WTW reports prior to submission
- Develop/review/update absence policies with reference to regular leave, long term leave, overtime, etc.
Project- and Self Development
- Prepare/update HR policies, procedures, templates for all HR related matters
- Lead on HR related projects
- Keep up to date with HR Law & Legislation
- Policy work / discussions with Works Council
Management
- Managing and supervising the HR Team
- Responsible for overall personnel management
- Developing and implementing HR Strategy
- Responsible for translating HR strategy into HR policies and procedures
- Supporting employee’s professional development
Requirements & Experience
Specific Experience/Years of experience:
- 8-10 years of previous experience within the HR working field and leadership experience.
Specific Education/ Qualifications/Licences:
- HBO or WO and experience within the HR field

- Excellent interpersonal- and communication skills (English and Dutch verbal and written)
