Opis stanowiska
Rapo is a strawberry plants producer and worldwide distributor, currently looking for employees who can work with small plants.
Inside the greenhouse warehouse, your main activities, as a sorter, will be:

Place the classified plants in small containers: 500 plants/each;- Work at long tables with the same working height;
- Sorting of strawberry seedlings: counting, packaging the finished products.
Training will be provided by team leaders.
Shifts usually start at 06:00 am or 07:00 am, from Monday to Saturday, and it ends once daily target is achieved. This is a 38 hour-weekly schedule. In high seasons, employees have to be flexible to work overtime and to change the day break in case someone is sick. Workers will be previously informed of any calendar changes. Overtime hours are a possibility and it is paid by:
- 108.25%, from 39 – 48 hours;
- 125%, from 49-55 hours;
- 200%, more than 55 hours.
Accommodation will be located 13 km from Rapo facilities. Cars will be provided, and rides are shared among colleagues.

- Experience in a similar job is an advantage;

- Team work and good to work in a fast pace;
- Good physical condition to face temperature variation;
- Driving license - category B is a must;
- Availability to stay in the Netherlands for 6 months.
