As a Paid Media Specialist (m/f/d), you will be the driving force behind the success of managing and optimizing our advertising campaigns for the world of motorsports. We offer a great opportunity to showcase your strategic thinking and analytical skills, whereby you can create impactful advertising campaigns that keep our audiences engaged and elevate the brand of Global-Tickets even further.

Your areas of responsibility

· Create, manage, and optimize campaigns via platforms such as Google Ads or Social Media and engage in retargeting campaigns

· Perform keyword research, and adjust our bid management and ad placements, while managing the overall budget

· Monitor the campaign performances, analyze relevant data, and generate detailed reports including e.g., click-through rates and ROAS

· Optimize our campaign performance to address our underlying strategy and to maximize our ROI

· Conduct competitor analysis on various platforms

· Test and experiment with different ad variations, landing pages, and targeting options

· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices for paid media advertising

· Collaborate with other teams and participate in cross-departmental projects

Your profile

We are seeking a dynamic specialist with strong problem-solving and organizational skills. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adapts rapidly to changing requirements, and has the following qualifications:

· As a crucial part of our organization, at least 2 years of professional experience in online marketing and advertising is important to us

· You have profound knowledge in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager)

· Your professional expertise should be concentrated in areas like keyword research, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising

· Analyzing tests, optimizing campaign ads, and exploring targeting options is a thing of ease for you

· You have profound knowledge of strategies used for remarketing and audience targeting

· Being in possession of certifications such as Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint would be advantageous.

· Fluency in English is a must, while German is highly beneficial
