About the RoleWe're looking for Driver and Rider Program Managers to advocate and act on the resolution of issues as well as focus on the improvement of the support experience when they contact Uber. You will be strategic and agile to help drive driver satisfaction and retention across EMEA. It will require a deep understanding of the driver journey & the blockers they face across key EMEA markets, and will call for having strong experience in project management, data-driven mindset, and stakeholders management.
Your Impact in Role:
You will define strategic priorities to improve the active driver/Rider experience in collaboration with central Operations teams, align regional and EMEA vision, and prioritize the most impactful initiatives.
- Customer advocacy: act as the voice of active drivers/riders to deliver qualitative and quantitative insights, and uncover opportunities.
- Improvements with a focus on optimising satisfaction and retention.
- Program/Project Management: Operationalise multiple critical initiatives and prioritize, identify dependencies, solve, and unlock bottlenecks, and leverage a wide network of people & resources.
- Own support metrics for CommOps EMEA.
